Secret Maryo Chronicles is an open and free two-dimensional side-scrolling platform video game developed by German PCTipp. The game was originally developed in 2003 and released for the PC in Europe. The game was described as a clone of Super Mario Brothers by the German PCTipp. This game is more akin to puzzle than the typical game of Mario, but still, it can provide a fun experience for all ages. The first level in this game is a challenging one, featuring many obstacles such as obstacles that will prevent you from going right up to a goal you have chosen to pass by. You are required to find a way to go around these obstacles before you get to the goal.
In Secret Maryo Chronicles, you play the role of a new character who wants to save his girlfriend from the clutches of an evil witch. To do so, he must first find out more about the "good witch", and this is where you play the role of his guide and helper. You help Maryo by guiding him throughout the game, and assisting him with his quest. You can find a number of different tasks that you can perform by choosing the right options, such as entering doors or looking at objects. This option is called "Interact". There are a number of different levels, which will test your navigational skills, memory and reflexes. The game is not particularly difficult, but still, it's best to take your time when playing it and don't be impatient, as it might cause you to get frustrated.
